... after I ventured into the dough ... here are my choux puffs!
For the first recipe follow the instructions to choux pastry ... with the bag a few, possibly with a bit smoother, as I see in the picture I used the wavy ... but still okay! Make small balls bake at 180 for 20 minutes.
When cool fill with the custard, I had already posted the recipe found in the "creme".
... I had little time I have not covered of icing, as stated in the original recipe ... but I have some sprinkled with chopped Zuccero other with chocolate curls!
