Ingredients: 150 g butter
150 ml sugar 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar 1 egg
00 250 grams of flour 2 teaspoons baking powder
250 g of berries
Fit softened butter at room temperature environment with the sugar and two tablespoons of vanilla sugar. Once amalgamto add the flour sifted with baking powder and finally the egg.
Create a soft and compact.
Pour into buttered and floured cake pan, sprinkle with the berries (I used frozen ones).
Bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
